Engine code 6 won't go away!! Need help!!
Ok I have a 95 civic hatch with ls/vtec. B16 head b18a1 bottom end. Running off a chipped p28. Here's my problem. My check engine light is staying on. It's code 6. Which is coolant tempature. I tried resetting the ecu and it still stays on. As soon as I start the car the light comes on never goes away instead of going away after the car cools if it was overheating, which it is not. The fan works and gauge in dash. I know it's not a overheating issue, maybe wiring or ecu, I'm just clueless on what to do with it now. Any help will be appreciated.

Measure resistance across the two terminals of the ECT sensor below the distributor when the engine is hot. If the resistance is not in the 200-400 Ohm range, replace it. If the resistance is fine, check the two wires for a short or open.

Well, I went out to start my car and it won't run now. It starts and if I give it any gas or let it idle for very long it quits.

Smells like it's running way too rich. Would the temp sensor mess with the ecu. I just let it idle for a couple mins and it seems to be taking fuel now.
