Icon2 engine check light on

ok i have a 2000 civic lx, im sorry im really new to hondas so i dont know the proper terms of what an ek or ej or eg is. anyways the header/catalytic converter had a huge crack in it so i replaced the whole exhaust system from headers to exhaust tip and now the check engine light is on, im assuming its because i switched out the whole exhaust system but i put both o2 sensors back on it so what else can i do to get rid of the check engine light? any help or advice is greatly apprciated and please dont flame me, this is the 1st time i have ever owned a honda.
