I started with one that small but ended up using the 1/16. I couldn't get the pressure down far enough that's why.

The idea of reducing the pressure is to help with idle irregularities, such as surging?

my car is sorta surging... it seems as if my car has a vaccuum hose disconnected somewhere. (as far as i can see, all my hoses are on tight.)

my fuel pressure is at 41~42 psi at idle. if i disconnect the vaccuum hose from the B&m fpr... it still stays at 41~42

ok... i think i made the hole tooo big. i used the 1/16 bit. when i prime the car.. there is no pressure at all.. the car starts and everything... its just that i had to turn up the fuel pressure to compensate for the fuel returning so fast. at idle its at 50psi. is it ok to jbweld the hole back up? lol.. i knew i shouldnt of done it...
