I have never heard of them shaking loose? have you ever used them, it's a like a spring inside that tightens around the wires...I'll let you know if it ever comes undone...but i doubt it will

It is unless you use it to cover a soldered connection. I solder almost everything, but as I take the wideband in and out, why solder and have to cut?
Wirenuts are just fine. Keep doing your thing playboy.

Another reason i used the wire nuts:
if i ever get tired of the sides being always on and blinking, in 10 seconds i can make it so they only blink...

It works great for protecting small, preferably unseen areas. Plus, it comes with its own nifty little applicator brush. Don't get fancy and get fuschia mango, you want clear.
If you risk getting a strange look from the cashier @ Walmart, and actually buy it instead of confiscating it from a GF, you'll find other uses for it as well. It does a great job of protecting bolt and screw heads, as well as keeping the unraveling thread on a shirt button in place. This is especially handy when the the button on the shirt that you just spent 1/2 an hour ironing takes a dump on you 20 minutes before an interview.

pfffff.....ill wire circles around you.
They do have other conectors then wire nutts and
butt connectors. Im not trying to tell you guys what
to do, but <u>I[//u] would go get the connectors with
male and female ends, so you can plug, and un-plug.
But what do I know, so take it for what its worth.

Those lights just arnt doing it for me. You should have gotten better/different lights..
I think you should get some Weds Wheels, and lower it more. It also needs a new paint job.

thanks for brining it back from the dead. some suggestions tho:
- use scotch-tap style connectors so you dont have to cut the factory harness for the wiring
- use a sheet metal nibbler or dremel tool to make more complex cuts for oem style side markers (the ultimate tool would be a plasma cutter)
