Hi everyone, I just found this on the internet one day and since there are quite a number of posts about emissions, this *may* help with understanding some things about what happened. Granted, I am no emissions tech or expert and the file pertains to Toyotas (it shouldn't matter, however). This file was taken from tegger.com (there is really no link to it AFAIK; I just found it while browsing the miscellaneous files the person had) so all credit should go to him. This should supplement the Smog thread that Spade had created a while ago.
