emissions control
does anyone know about a new law passed stating a minimum fine of $2,500 + court cost? this is somewhat O/T i suppose, but if you could please link me to the gov website. TIA.

uh nope sorry 
I live in South Carolina. There is no emission laws here(woot). You can run a straight pipe from the header back if you want, or just straight header for that matter.
That would suck however if my state ended up get'n something like that in the near future.
