Default Em1 start issue

I have a 2000 civic si and this happens sometimes after driving or starting for the first time of the day, I turn my key to pump gas and once it's done, I turn the key to crank but everything dies, no power. My dome light and everything is dead but when i pop the hood, my car has power again. I just installed new distributor rotor and cap, spark plugs and wires, new battery, and a fuel filter. It happened previously before I did the maintenance too. What can be my issue?

What do you mean when you say "pop the hood, my car has power again"? That the physical act of just popping the hood returns all power to the car? Have you checked your grounds?

Check your battery terminals, the original terminals get pretty bad given the time.
