Default EM1 si w/blown motor

my buddy has a 00 si with the stock b16 in it. he blew it up a few weeks ago. i'm thinking of buying it off of him for a k24 stroker n/a build and i was just wondering how much an si like his with a blown motor would go for?

it's got 160k on it. si blue with no dents or bad scratches (body is in great shape). stock interior with short shifter, tach, s-afc, tein s.tech, tokico's, rota circ 8's in bronz, brembo blanks, thermal full catback, downpipe, dc headers, vis carbon hood. just curious to see how much everybody would think this car is worth.
or if it would be worth it to just pick up another b16 and re sell it. just curious. any input would help.

the tranny's good, the head has had work done to it and has some sort of cams, and the bottom end was stock. he had 65% leakage on cylinder 3 before the motor gave out. so i think it's gunna be a blown head gasket, scarring/scratching on cylinder 3 along with probably bad rings, and some trash probably went through the motor. but it's a complete car with engine, tranny, etc.

how much can you get a b16 to replace this one for? i've never delt with a b16 so i don't know what they go for.
