Default em1 running sluggish after it warms up

my em1 is running sluggish after it warms up i have done a new dizzy, plugs, wires, injetors o rings, new o2 sensors, cat is good, reset the ecu, timing was just set i know i need a fuel filter could that be reason behind me car running like crap is there something im missing please help if you had this issue before

Change your fuel filter. That can definitely be causing the problem. Also inspect your main relay, it's located underneath the glove box. Check for bad solder joints. If the fuel filter needs changed, do it. If that diesnt fix the problem, it kind of sounds like heat soak to me. Like the computer is in limp mode. Do you have an intake? Do you live in a warm environment?

i am going to change the fuel filter today as far as heat soak i dont really run the car hard i've only hit vtec a hand full of times or could the coolant just need to be flushed i do have a aem cai and i live in pa so the temps up here dont really get to high and there is no cel codes i have checked i with my scanner could it also be my ecu as the original one was change out but nothing is wrong with the original one one last note the car did sit for a year i have already changed the gas in it

ok no change in he car i did however figure out what it is the coil went bad and that is what happened before also the dizzy was put in about 500 miles ago could a bad ground be causing me to go through coils like this i changed the plugs and wires when i put the new dizzy in

If your spark plug wires aren't seated all the way properly it could be arcing. Thats why I don't bother with autozone, pep boy, o reily, napa, advance parts. With oem they snap into place.
