EM1 Rear suspension need HELP!
So i have purchased a few new parts to upgrade my rear suspension on my 2000 Civic Si
-ASR Subframe Brace
-CTR 22mm Rear sway bar
-Skunk2 LCAs
My question is will i need aftermarket endlinks, like (F7, Blox, ASR, Hardrace) or will my 99-00 OEM rear endlinks work for my new set up, i searched on the forum but i have found mixed answers, I'm just trying to prepare as i will probably be installing this next weekend and don't want to run into problems
IF i do need aftermarket....what would you recommend for a daily driver?

If you already have the parts go ahead and hold it up under there to see if its about simillar. They worst you could do is take it all off and test to see if it will fit.
If you go ahead on that route make sure you post back on here if it works or not.

IMO the OEM endlinks will fit. Try putting them on the LCA's. This will be the iffy area.
The endlinks will work for the sway bar, without a doubt.

Re: EM1 Rear suspension need HELP!
i had read that my stock endlinks should work, except if i have beffy LCA like F7, not sure about Skunk2, but a lot of people manage to mess up their stock endlinks when removing them so i might just order a pair of spherical endlinks to be on the safe-side, ill try and post my results when i do install them

If you do buy new ones, only look at F7, ASR. Blox is terrible. I have them, and I hate them.

Thanks for the advise, but yeah i was thinking F7, don't really trust Blox after not finding anything good about their endlinks

EM1 REAR SUSPENSION UPDATE! with pictures
Well here is the update....You can reuse your endlinks on the EM1 for a CTR 22mm Swaybar, the thing is that they aren't that easy to get off, but a little patience and you can get it to work....here are some pictures that way if anyone ever wants to try this set up....i took the car on a test drive and it still handles about the same, just feels solid in the rear, and it does slide a bit with hard cornering but i was expecting it

Re: EM1 Rear suspension need HELP!
no rust, all bolts came out fine, but some where pretty difficult to get back in...but my car does only have 75k original miles so i wouldn't imagine a lot of wear and tear on it

The bridgestones are nice tires but a little on the expensive side, I rather have falken Azeni ...dunlup good for the money they feel the same as the S drives...I feel like all tires don't grip after using Mickey thompsons lol

I bet. lol
I was always told the dunlops are really good for the money, but I still like to ask to whenever I see someone running them.
