Default Em1 condenser fan problems! Help

So today i went to the races just to watch . A/c was cold the whole way in 100 degree temps. I come to a stop and after 20 sec or so a huge cloud of smoke comes out. Upon inspection i see that it was the pressure release valve releasing refridgerant. About this time i notice my condenser fan not turning a/c is on with the compressor engaged.

Drove home tonight and on the hwy its ice cold again. The fan is still not engaging. Coming to a dead stop i turn the a/c off just to be safe. So i figure....its the fan not turning on causing the refridgerant venting, from it not being properly cooled properly. On the hwy all is well.

Ok so if this sounds right can someone post a wire diagram/wire colors to test the fan and or the relay.

Suggestions welcome thanks guys.

I mean honestly what I would do is get a voltmeter and see if the fan is getting 12v with the A/C on (one wire will be power and one is ground). If it is the fan is bad. If it isn't start at the fuse and then check the relay.

^^^ Thats what i was thinking. Maybe just do 12v source to power wire of the fan to see if it comes on. If it does then looks like a relay. Just to be sure the power wire of the fan is White correct? Also will all condenser fans from 96-00 civics work for this car? Any info appreciated
