Default Eliminating cel code #36

I jumped the service connector on my b16 swapped 94 cx hatchback. It's throwing 2 codes. One is the primary o2 sensor. The other is code number 36 which i've come to find out is for traction control on jdm ecus. I am running a p30 so how can I eliminate this code?

Disconnet your check engine light. Or buy an EMS. Or why not just use a p28?
