eletrical shortage in EH? help

eletrical shortage in EH? help
well guys i was driving home last night in the rain and the interior lights started to dim.. then the rpm gauge started going crazy and jumpin from 2k to 5k then down to zero but the car was running normal. speedo was at zero also.turned off my nights and got escorted home by from friends and the next day it wouldnt start. Could this be caused by bad grounds or is it something more serious?? i have already changed the alternator 2 months ago. please honda-tech... fix my ride

check all your grounds and all your fuses......im pretty sure its just going to be your tranny ground or something simple
