electrical problem. please help!!

electrical problem. please help!!
car: 93 civic lx sedan
this all started when i pulled my climate control to replace one of the burnt out bulbs in it. as im on the way to the parts store i hear a pop. cluster lights, corner lights, tag lights, tail lights gone. and everytime i replace the fuse it blows instantly. so its grounding somewhere. none of my cd player wires are exposed and the plugs for the climate control arent touching any metal. i looked at the corner lights and tag lights and no condensation on those either. any help would be appreicated i need my dd back on the road. TIA
