Post Electrical problem

ok guys, i'm totally stumped. When i turn on my headlights my arrow lights come on. I try to use the blinker and nothing happens. The corner lights come on when i turn on the headlights but both my arrow lights (blinker lights) come on. If i unplug the corner lights everything works like its suppose to. I've checked all the fuses and relays that i know of. I've checked the wires and i'm clueless. Any help would be appreciated.

What year? Sounds like a bad ground wire in the engine bay or under the dash.

Check whether the G201 or G401 ground connection is loose, disconnected, or corroded.

G401 should be behind or just above the driver's kick panel.

Did you try removing the kick panel? It should be on the left.

i removed the kick panel. I'm hoping i don't have to uninstall the dash. I don't see it. I don't see a ground thats just dangling either. Not sure where to look

Look carefully. G401 is definitely located behind the left (driver's) kick panel.
