electrical gremlins!!! need help

electrical gremlins!!! need help
ok, i have some crazy **** going on with my '94 civic Si.
-the speedo quit working.
-the ABS light comes on for a second when i shut off my car but the turbo timer keeps it running on, the light comes on for maybe 2 seconds right after i take the key out then goes back off.
-the clock won't stay set, every time i start the car it reads 1:00 and is really dim.
-the radio quit working.
-my V1 radar that i had hardwired in quit working as well, but if i plug it in using the cig. lighter it works fine.
-i have a SRS light on all the time, i tried the thing with the paper clip to reset it but it stayed on.
-i popped two 7.5amp fuses for my blower motor/radiator fan/defroster.
-the other night coming home my headlights quit working when i got on the highway, but turned back on once i got back off the highway back on to city streets. and the batt light was flickering on and off but has since stopped.
any ideas? i've checked all the power to the fuse bos under the hood from the battery, it's fine, checked the ground on the battery to the car, it's fine.
please help me out!!!

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere. Friend of mine was installing an intake in his, and accidentally disconnected the ground from the motor to the chassis. Anyways, he didn't notice it happened and took the car for a rip to hear his new intake.
As soon as he hit VTEC, his right headlight exploded. We thought...that was weird.
Next red light we start accellerating and he hits VTEC again, and his left headlight exploded. That's when we were like "Alright, this isn't just coincidence." Then we saw that ground just hanging there.
