Default Elecricial problems

I swaped a complete car (dash and engine ) wiring harness from an automatic ex in to my manual dx. It starts runs fine head lights work and so do front turn signals, but nothing for the rear, brake lights or rear turn signals. I check all my fuses under hood and dash and my horn work and the break light swich. But it all looks good. And the dash lights dont work? Any ideas???

Thanks in advance. Jordan

i meant that you need to provide as much info as possible right off the bat....
provide the year, make, model of the vehicle, etc.
also provide info of the same kind for the parts you are using
is it an EG? EK? obd2a...b???
the more you give the better ppl can help
