Default EK9 CTR swap. need help!

I just purchased a front cut 99 JDM CTR, and have the following questions.
Will do a complete engine/suspension /brake swap.
I do want to keep my TE37 Volks ( 4 lugs) using ctr brake rotors etc. so going 5 lugs is no option.

Facts:

CTR have thicker driveshafts than standard EK's ? (Swap will be into EK 4)
Do i need to get other 4 lug hub?
Thicker axles mean larger bearings? hub?
Approach is to drill 4 lug pattern into existing rotors, athough i read that Preludes rotors might fit?

Any write up available will be greatly appreciated.

The axles are no issue. Not sure if the CTR stock axles are 36mm on the outer splines, but if they are, don't use them. Any 94-01 usdm integra axle from any model will work just fine with your stock hub

CTR axles are not 36mm the only 36mm spline axles are the JDM integra 5 lugs

Thanks guys
Hope it works out, will know in a few days, looking at the pics i got the driveshafts definately look thicker, so hope it's 32mm.

Any advise on drilling of the rotors?

Why would you drill the rotors?

Drilling out the rotors doesnt seem like a very good idea to me if your off a tinny bit your gonna get a wobble

Use the CTR Axles, if you want bigger front brakes use '96 - '00 EX/Si knuckles with integra calipers, sell the front EK9 knuckles and brakes to someone doing a 5 lug conversion on a '96 - '00 and profit.

Thanks guys,

I was planning to do a complete CTR shocks, axles and (bigger) brake swap and use only my current 4 lug hub.
Will have to drill rotors to 4lugs since CTR is 5 lug.

I read 4 lug prelude rotors might work?

preludes are 4X114 civics are 4x100 just sell your wheels and by a 5-lug set (lots of importers have them)way easier and safer

Yep, if it's already got the same brakes as an Si the rotors are the same size, just swap the calipers and pads for a set off a '94 - '01 Integra (except type R) Along with the prop valve from a '98 - '01 Integra without ABS.

Ludes have 4 x114 drilled and 4 x 100 factory pre-marked.

Need to confirm this though.

No, CTR's have larger rotors than stock Civic's (including SI).

I know that, but we're not using CTR rotors here.
