Yep, standard EK4 interior. Might be different country to country, but I've never head of an SiR Race.
OP, there is something called a Type R Race (also called a Type R N1) though and they have different interiors.
You'll be thrilled to discover it's just a lower trim interior in an EK9 though.

ok so what about this interior?
http://www.n1concepts.com/product_p/...ceinterior.htm
are SiR seats any better than stock civic seat? i know i can basically roll right out of the stock seats and i wanted something to hold me in better but with decent reliability

Neither of those seats look like they have any more bolstering than the stock USDM seats.
You should get 94-01 Integra seats. They offer a little more bolstering. They're not going to bolt all up (4 bolts) unless you swap out the inner rails on both seats. That in itself should only take about 30 mins.

If you want something that will hold you in place, look for something like del Sol seats, Prelude seats or S2000 seats. Those would all do better than stock Civic couch cushions.
I couldn't tell you how to make them all fit though.

Re: EK4 SiR race interior?
ok but do SiR or ek4 seats hold any better? i bought NRG recaro knock offs and i am... less than happy to say the least with them. but i dont really want to spend 1000$ on CTR/ITR seats. so what is a better option?
has anyone heard of using 05 and up civic seats in an ek?

Re: EK4 SiR race interior?
I already gave you some other options from stock Hondas.
If you do some searches I'm sure you can find more info on each seat swap.
Seats with more bolstering which are pretty common to swap into our cars:
- Prelude seats (pretty much 1984 and up have more bolstering)
- S2000 seats
- Integra seats
- del Sol seats
If 7G ('01-'05) Civic seats are at all like RSX seats, the bolt holes will not all match up, which will leave you (and your passenger) in unsafe seats. I'd highly recommend against that.

Re: EK4 SiR race interior?
There's a few differences.
Sedan rear seats have a fixed bolster on the upper section. You can see it in the photo I'm providing of a Vi-RS.
The Vi-RS does not have removable headrests like some hatches had.
Hatches have a 50/50 split.
The Vi-RS has a built in armrest in the middle of the rear seat.
Hatches had little ***** on the top corners of the upper sections, which were used to unlock the fold down rear seat. Sedans (and coupes) do not have this.
Real Vi-RS rear seats in the original Vi-RS.
The photo of the seats the OP supplied.
Though I don't have a good photo of a rear seat, it does appear that some EK4 (SiR) hatches did have this seat pattern as well.
