EK4 engine won't crank but push starts

EK4 engine won't crank but push starts
Hi there
Having a problem starting my car.
Removed the battery today to remove the front camber control arms, but the battery back in and then car would not start.
Swapped the starter motor out for another one still nothing.
Checked all the fuses and relays, all fine apart from the interior light fuse
The car starts when push started.
When you go to crank the engine, the start motor clicks then the radiator fan comes on
Any ideas what is going on here?
