ek w/ b16 smoking
i have a b16 that it constantly blowing out white smoke, and when i accererate it comes out alot. i mean ALOT! and i check my oil and its low so i fill it up and after driving its goes down again...i ran open headers for a day after the swap and i had oil spill coming out the headers. what can it be? rings? valve stem seals? head gasket? but my coolant is still good and full and car doesnt over heat

Sounds like your rings are gone. Does the smoke have a bluish tint to it? You can perform a leak down test to confirm. You can also look at your spark plugs. Is there heavy carbon deposits on them? That's typically burnt oil. I just went through this with my B18C. Time for a rebuild!

Does your oil turn black really fast? What do your plugs look like? Any oil in the coolant? Any coolant in the oil? Could be your valve stem seals, but I doubt it. Sounds like rings to me
