EK trouble shooting!!
ok i got an 97 ek w/gsr swap and im having problem with the motor its a 98gsr run on p72 hondata chipped...the car works but vtec wouldnt kickin in..i have no check engine light but i check the cel code it read that i have code 21,22 please help

was this something that recently started happening? or was it as of the swap?
the CEL codes you mentioned are 21 VTEC spool solenoid valve and 22 VTEC pressure valve.

well i bought the car like this and ive been driving the way it is ever since and my friend take a look at it he told me the timing is off and he tested the vtec solenoid its still work and its wired through the fire wall to the ecu
