Is it ok to remove all the tar from the vehicle?

Front and Back?

mine took me about ten minutes to completely remove.i wasnt even going to do it cuz i know its hard but i tried prying the corner up and it just started breaking off in big chunks. i got way lucky

I accidentally knocked of those little caps to cover the holes, I guess I can super glue them back on?
