Do research on the web and get a helms manual. You can do it yourself if you have a cherry picker (engine crane) or you can rent them or borrow one from a friend. You would have to buy new motor mounts also. It is a lot of work but by doing it yourself you would save a lot of money.

and you can use the money you save (around $1k) to buy the tools you need to do the swap, and a digital camera so everyone knows what you're talking about when you have problems.
look into the hybrid forum, any problem you have can be quickly answered. Get a helms for both cars. Get some decent quality tools, they earn their keep in the long run.

Re: EK swap (dirtyapes)
i did a swap in autotech 3 back in highschool, my teacher was a musclehead too but everything i didnt know my teacher knew, except for the wiring. they should also have all the tools you need there.
if you have an HX or EX then your car has VTEC, anything other than that you'll have to find someone to do the wiring for you.
