i know i have seen a coupe somewhere on this board but i was wondering will ek hatchback skirts fit a eg hatch??.....if it will or to the guy who did it on his coupe do you retain the stock eg skirt on there still and just put the ek one over it?? or is the eg skirt completely replaced by the ek skirt??.....thanks alot

you have to replace it entirely...I know they are too long for the hatch but they might be the same for the coupe...if not, then just trim it up to fit...doesn't look bad at all

Yeah, I was thinking about doing this for my EG (well, EH3 but anyways...), My mom had a '97 hatch and I measured them both (don't remember exactly the measurements), but They were really close (maybe 1/8" apart). I saw a white DRT civic when I was down in NY with them on and it looked nasty (good), would the later year lip skirts also fit? (like the 96+ SiR lip or the 99+ Si/TypeR lip) I've heard of people using JDM IntegraR lip spoilers also. Any info would be appreciated.

sounds like a new project for me to do, but how would you mount these on??

as for the front lips the 99-00 si lip will fit eg's but you need a little modifications

I believe (don't quote me), that they use the same mounting points. I dunno 4 sure, but I'm gonna check too (das anotha project I'll b taking up tommorow). As far as the Si lip spoiler (99+), are the modifications based on the actual mounting - or do you have to cut stuff?

i was planning on doing this to the eg a little while ago, just never found sideskirts from the ek. i did some measuring, it doesn't look like a hard project... just a matter of minor modification.

now all i have to do is find me some ek sideskirts.....anyone?
pretty sure all you have to do to fit the si lip is mounting because it will not fit exactly flush
