A Dremel tool is how you can make the "whole".

Radio shack also sells some sheet metal shears. There's 4-5 writeup's I've seen on it. Most people just use a steady hand and a dremel.

If your really really lazy to cut a whole and too scared you might mess up due to incorrect measurements, then buy jdm fenders that are pre-cut for the sider markers, then the rest is electrical wire connections.

passwordjdm has them

but then you have to paint them

If you're too afraid, just pay a body shop to cut the wholes. Take them a diagram and where you want them. Any good shop should be able to do that, and be around $50

The nibblers take FOREVER! Plus they sort of warp the fender, the Dremel is 10x easier and faster.

until you slip and grind the expletive out of the paint on your fender.

Whichever the OP is comfortable with, Nibblers or dremel or a drill even.

I've seen it done 3 ways and all worked fine.
