Icon2 EK rubbing tire need help

i lowered my car with neuspeed race springs and now the front driver side tire rubs when going through dips in freeways. i investigated it and found out that the tire's mid part is getting scraped. here is a pic that shows where the tire rubs:

** pic is not mine

any idea how to fix this? thanks!

remove your fender liners then roll your fenders so you dont tear your tire... or raise it up cause you are too low, or lower profile tires

it doesn't really rub on the fender (like when turning the wheel) so I don't think rolling it will help. it's the middle part where the arrow is pointed in the pic. it's like there's a metal thing underneath that plastic part.
