Re: ek rollcage (astroxtc)
the blue makes it look like cusco. do NOT do the samething this guy did. he has a fixed back seat, but it would be a hell of a lot safer to run a harness bar instead of bolting it to the rear seatbelt bolts.
in an accident, the frame of the car might get smashed and if the middle of the car compresses or stretches, so will the harness.
get a custom cage if you're looking to roadrace. make sure it meets the requirements for wherever ur competing at.

First off, why do you want a cage? Im assuming that if you want a full "cage" then its for a track only car and will only be driven to and from the track and or trailored most of the time.
Though I'm also assuming that you dont track your car at all and just want the looks.

Re: ek rollcage (KOALA YUMMIES)
Get one made. It's a lot of work, but well worth it. I bought over 65' of .120 DOM tubing for $200. I made templates and had a guy bend everything for me for $175. A friend of mine is welding it in. When it's all said and done I'm going to have about $500 in my cage.

The owner of the car pictured above certainly seems to be primarily concerned with the "JDM bling factor" rather than any sort of safety. I'm sure he receives plenty of points at shows though.
