Default ek to integra booster and m/c

hi
I have a 98 civic hatchback with 95 ls rear disc conversion. this weekend I plan on putting on the 95 ls front brakes. I also have a 95 rs booster and m/c. I was wondering if I bent my brake lines would everything bolt right up to the rs booster and m/c??? or is there a better option???

I think 95 ls would be ABS brakes... I dont think that work (Since your car is not abs)

Your best bet would be to get a 99/2000 Civic SI Booster - M/C & Prop Valve. I picked mine up for my 2000 hatch for $150 for everything at a junk yard, I run full GSR brakes on my hatch.

The lower model Integras maybe didn't have ABS...either way, ABS doesn't affect the booster or m/c, it just replaces the regular prop valve setup with the ABS module.

Just look at the outlets on the Integra m/c, are they in relatively the same position as your stock one? If so bending will be only minimal if at all. My ITR booster & m/c had one hole on the wrong side, I was able to bend my line to make it fit so you can do it if needed. Just be careful not to put a hard kink in it or break it.

Also in case you didn't know, you're stock DX prop valve is the correct one to use for the full integra brake system. Same one as the 99-00 Si uses...

the rs booster and m/c i have is not abs. but I also have a ls 95 booster and m/c that is abs. I would rather use the mc off of it because it is 1 inch i beleive and the rs is 15/16. so i don't know if that is an opttion or not being that mine is not abs.

Again, it doesn't matter if the car was ABS or not, the booster & m/c still fit and work the same.

I'm pretty sure the LS is 15/16" like the others, my ITR booster is a 1"...

^with a small pipe bender and my hands

It does matter if its ABS or not, because ABS lines are larger in diamter. the end would need to be cut off and reflared along w/ the proper fitting (an abs fitting)

I have a how-to written (non-abs) on like page 4 or 5 in the link at the top of the forum

Here it is:

as far as bending lines auto zone sells a softer metal brake line that you can bend with your hands. of course not at a 90 degree angle or anything. but i have used it to make custom clutch hydraulic lines.
