From what I can understand (sorry, I "translated" it because no punctuation makes it difficult to follow your thoughts), you're going to have to tell us what year your car is.
'96-'98 Civics with keyless entry (it's NOT a security system) have the keyless brain in the stock AM/FM radio. The '99-'00 models had them on a separate piece.
I'm not sure why there is a question of only one or both doors having working power locks or keyless entry though. If a car has keyless entry, then you can unlock both doors with the remote.

Re: (lazii_boi08)
You need to get some power lock actuators if you want power locks to work. They're attached to the door latch mechanism inside the doors. I pulled mine off a wrecked Si.
If you have a 99-00 model, the power lock controller is a white box located in the driver side kick panel.

I have an '00 DX hatchback, and to gain power locks, I asked the professional installers to install actuators in the doors for me with my security system. They are aftermarket actuators, not Honda actuators. They work perfect.
If the guys installing your security system know what they are doing, this shouldn't be an issue. If you have actuators from another Civic with power locks, then they will work with your new security. And if you don't have the Honda actuators, pay a bit more and have them install aftermarket ones. I paid $40 CDN per door on top of the security system install. Worth every damn penny.
Good luck.

NOFX isnt correcting you she is trying to help even though not many people on H-T can understand the grammer of a 5 year old child if that. Go to a junk yard and get the wiring harnesses for the doors and the power lock acuators and all compnents neccesarry to make your locks powered maybe you could even salvage the acuators for power windows...

Re: (soundpsych)
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that on the 99-00's, the power lock module connects to the dash harness and not the floor harness. I had to cut the plug w/ pigtail off the dash harness.
