EK H22 Setup...
Hey guys,
I just put in my order to get my H22A at HMO and am now pondering what axles I should go with?
I dont want to waste 800$ on "racing stage 4 axles" when i dont need them. The most i'd ever get to in HP is 300. I already have my hasport mounts coming with the engine from HMO. So what are some of you guys running? Oh yeah, I also don't want those rebuilt ones either. I was thinking of getting some stage 1s but what brand works well with Hasport mounts?
Any suggested websites to buy these from?

Re: EK H22 Setup... (97civicracer)
I'm running a bone stock h22 in my EG. I used Hasport mounts, Accord intermediate shaft and Integra Axles.... neither here nor their for your EK but....
I got the mounts and axles with my motor from HMO too. I was really happy with HMO but the axles he sent me were pos. both had leaking boots and such and quickly went bad.
I was going to get some good high power race axles but couldn't really afford it at the time so as a temporary fix I bought some of the rebuilt lifetime warranty axles from autozone. They're not the best axles but they have held up just fine so far.... and if they ever break, they have a lifetime warranty and will be replaced for free.
So I will keep with the cheapos until I can afford something nice but like I said I haven't had any problems yet with the cheapos... not bad for $60 a pop.
