I took off dizzy cap and has a small burn mark where the coil spring sits... And also realized it's an aftermarket distributor so I swapped the coil from my old ls dizzy and ran a bit better but leans out and sputters around 6 to 7k rpm.. I'm thinking getting a new cap since its burnt inside and also maybe swap the igniter from my old ls dizzy to save more headaches in the future... Ugh hate figuring out electrical issues without any codes

gsr swap in a ek fully converted to obd1

Check for correct ECU with correct basemaps if chipped, then check mechanical timing, then check ignition timing.
