I have a ek with a D16Y8 and i will make a swap for a LS on boost, i have engine tranny link, axes, and T bracket for a B series on EK, what else do i need? also the engine was inside of an EG, are wires same? and turbo kit will fit right right on my EK? some comment will be appresiate thanks

whats tranny link? you need the shift linkage if thats what you mean and a shifter that will be compatable with b series shift linkage. You should use the ecu thats off the engine you are going to. is it an obd1 or obd2 LS? If its obd2 it will almost be a straight drop since you are two wire. You will need to extend the wiring for the o2 sensor, CFK sensor, EVAP purge solenoid sensor. It would also be wise if you picked up on a fuel line from the filter to the rail off the LS since the prongs are different on the y8. You might also need the hose that goes directly to the slave cylinder since the y8 its slightly short. remember this is if you are dropping in an obd2 LS

thanks i will try to do all of that things, but this i s my first swap, and yes tranny link, are shift linkage and shifter

just make sure u get the wiring right and youll b ok. i would b more focused on the boost. the turbo will fit right on your motor and your car. dont use cheap parts!

just take it slow man. def make sure all your wiring is correct. Mark everything as you take it off. Try and use a picker too. Its a bitch pulling the motor through the bottom

ok men thanks a lot for your help is really appresiate, i will put the engine and take out the turbo kit, and when i get good injector and nice tuned i will put it back because it is n 10psi but they will give me stock injectors and i have to tune my ecu for, it i am more focus first on do the swap and see it runing normal, thanks i will let you know everytime i do something i got the engine already at home but i am waiting for my GSR tranny that should came by 9 of december

thanks i got my axes, T braket mount 460cc injector and a chip p28 already, waiting for the engine by saturday and tranny on 9, the let you know guys how this is going, thanks for the help
