EK with cusco fron tie bar...

EK with cusco front tie bar...
what did you guys do with this problem? the bolt is bigger than the hole for the tie bar. 
did i get the right bar? the bar matches up with the crossmember.

tonyxcom had one and he didn't have to drill his. i'm wondering if i got the right bar. Hella_JDM, did you get yours brand new?
