Default EK cluster to fit in EJ..........

Has anyone ever done this, if so can you help me out?
will it fit?
do i have to wire cut?

Assuming its a 6th gen. then its pNp if its a 5th gen then you need modification.

OP, an EJ can be any USDM '96-'00 coupe/hatch/sedan (save for Si and GX) or any USDM '93-'95 coupe.

And EK is an overseas '96-'00 hatch or sedan.

But when you say EK you could also be talking about any 6th gen or any 6th gen hatch (which would be wrong, but a lot of people use that way).

So we don't know what car this is going into.

EJ2 94 (coupe), and EJ8 (sorry for not being correct, 99 civic coupe ex), but if its not PNP. what wires do i have to cut, its a fifth gen

The cluster plugs are different in 5th generation and 6th generation. I believe you need the 6th generation cluster plug (not sure) and theres a wire diagram on the net somewhere. I might have it if I can find it.
