ok so i have a 98 dx and i swapped the climate control for an SI one, but the harness for the climate control does not match up... so my question is, are all the wires the same for the 96-98 as the 99-00? can i just cut the harness and wire it color to color or are they different? the color scheme or number of wires? if they are different does anyone know where i can find wire schamatics for both car climate control harness'? thanks

thanks bro but i really just need the wire diagrams, i put the climate control in and i just can't turn it on cause the harness isn't the same... thanks tho

sorry i can't help you there, but you know that when you do a 96-98 conversion to a 99-00 climate control..they are different, cause the 96-98 fan switch is run on a cable where everything on the 99-00 is electronic...you are going to have to fix that also..but when clubek.net/forums was still up, they had a thread on swapping climate controls, but too bad...good luck...

yea the older ek has a cable climate control and the newer ek ahs an electrically controlled climate control... u can bypass by just running the wire and pulling on it kind of a pain but don't really wanna deal with the hassle of doing right at the moment, but i just put the ac on cold cause out here in AZ it can be an easy 100 degrees a 3 in the morning and thats almost all year long... so i'm ok thanks tho
