ej8 - what cam do you prefer?

please keep in mind i want a very streetable car and a smooth idle .. i would like to go with a skunk2 for a d16y8 but cant find one anywhere

i was checking them out and wasnt sure to go with the stage 1 and not replace the drivetrain but that sounds sketchy if you ask me .. they say u could use ur factory setup and i dont like the sound of that
