The photos look different because they're probably not even their images.
The images aren't of the actual product.
The actual product will likely be a waste of $20. It's better spent on almost a tank of gas or beer or toward a decent lip or almost anything besides this lip.
Have you ever heard that thing about if something seems too good to be true?

Re: ej8 lip help!
DEALS, but having a front lip thats abs plastic is more of a chance of you prob breaking it off something. i would get a rear one and then just go on ebay for the poly urethane one for like 40-50 more.

Re: ej8 lip help!
dude get an ebay lip for 50, abs plastic. Dont listen to those idiots who say its going to break in half cuz that bs. I have it on my car for a while now, and my lip sits lower than a cigs box. I scrape leaving my driveway like 5 times a day and the lip is still in 1 piece. It all about how you drive that protect your lip and not the material. Got a friend with same ride height as mine with cf lip and his is in half after couple days.

Re: ej8 lip help!
hellanotjdm- so you're saying i should got a poly lip from ebay and of the the plastic ones for the rear?
vnds1-my ride height aint that low..but does look nice!=] haha anyways i was planning on going cf..but its like 3 ft. x 2in. of cf for 300+ and compared to a cf hood its only 500+..so im sticking with no cf lip.. anyways we'll see what i can find..i had a plastic lip on my old crx..the exhaust melted a lil bit of it and caused it to bend a lil lol.but still looked okay

Re: ej8 lip help!
My car is three and a half inches lower than stock and has a $$$ OEM lip. It's not broken and I went passenger front corner into a curb going about 30mph when I slipped on ice last winter. It didn't even crack. It just scuffed the front. So I brought it to my painter, he sanded it down and repainted it and it's good as new.
Carbon fiber is not durable either, so please don't confuse cost with durability.
Carbon fiber, fiberglass, ABS are all brittle and more likely to break. Polyurethane or polypropylene mix (like OEM lips) are more flexible and less likely to break even if you smack it. The brittle stuff is going to have a much higher chance of cracking if you hit an animal, hit a curb, hit a bump, etc.

Re: ej8 lip help!
Yep, agree with NOFX. If you can afford OEM, it's the best way to go. I bought a fibreglass rear lip from Hong Kong for an EK 96-98 sedan and got ripped off - it was a waste of $400 ozzy dollars with shipping. They will crack so just not worth it - same with that ABS rubbish.
I was very lucky to get hold of a new, genuine OEM Si rear lip from over there in the States and it's worth every penny. All my other lips, grill and wing are OEM/Mugen - you know it's going to fit and not fall apart a few months later.
All the best mate,
