EJ6 tach redline?

EJ6 tach redline?
yes, ive been searching. ( mostly the marketplace at clusters for sale w/ pics )
but ive been trying to figure out what the redline is for my car ( 97 DX ) seeing as now i have a tach.
some went to 6, some 6500, and some redlined at 7 so im not really too sure.
any help is appreciated, thanks.
p.s. it wouldn't make a difference having a jdm motor in the car right? its just the non-vtec d16y7 equivelant.

Yo car w/ stock ecu should redline @ 6500 rpms/6800 rpms...As far as motor wise just get a b-series, you'll be more happy w/ that gain...Unless you cant afford doing a big boy swap.

lol well i already have that jdm zc motor, i went for the "expletive it i am sick of walking around, ill upgrade later" swap
