ej6 d16y8 keeps dying after ignition repair
ok guys. i haven't been on this site in quite some time. i always do my research and now i'm stumped. i have a 1996 ej6 with a manual d16y8 containing skunk2 IM, skunk2 adjustable camgear, hayame fuel rail, NGK iridium plugs, 4-2-1 header, 2.25 exhaust w/tanabe muffler, and converted to OBD1 p28. it's been running great since i got it a year ago. till now. ignition coil went out on it and i replaced it. then ignition control module went out. replaced it. now i start my car and it shuts off. restart, drive and when i come to a stop it shuts off. never fails. when i drive you hear and feel it misfire. no codes or anything.it's getting very frustrating. this car is my daily driver guys. if you can. please help me figure this out. all help is greatly appreciated.

A better topic title will help get more views.. more views = better chance of a reply.
I know you said it has NGK plugs.. My first step would be to pull the plugs and inspect and go from there. They could be fouled.

Have you narrowed it down to being an fuel or spark problem?
1. Check for loose or faulty connections at distributor, coil, or alternator.
2. Check for insufficient fuel reaching the fuel injectors. i.e. pump, filter...
3. Check for vacuum leak at the gasket between the intake manifold and throttle body.

check to make sure your timing on your dizzy is firing in the correct order. i have a friend and his ignition coil went out and the timing was barely off on the dizzy and it would misfire and stall out a lot.
