So i went into Tires Plus to have my car aligned after installing lowering springs and PRIOR to lowering it the car was pulling to the right slightly. So I brought it in and they corrected the toe and camber which there was minimal adjustments but he told me he couldnt measure the castor but that he thought the castor was off and thats why it was pulling to the right.

So after leaving it pulled way harder to the right and I was blown away by how much worse it was. I had to head back up to orlando though that day so i figured I'd take it to a Tires Plus up here and have them see if they could fix it. Before I took it into them again it had seemed to get a little better, not such a hard pull but still would drift to the right. So this Tires Plus ran it through and said that it was the castor which they actually measured this time and it was negative like 2 on the left and positive like .3 on the right i wanna say, i have the actual print out but not infront of me.

he asked me if I had been in an accident or ever pulled the transmission and i said no. Before I lowered it I had it aligned at a Firestone and it was dead on straight and over time it started to pull right, so my question is what could cause my castor to go out so bad and is there anything to do to fix it? Cus the guy said I should check out a body shop to see how my frame is which i think is ludicrous

could be either of the control arms as well. bushings, bent arm(s).

sounds like you should try another place. a place here localy tells me every dimension and angle suspension is at. corrects. if unable because of modication or wreck they tell you and show you. try another place...
and start replacing all bushings anyways

You can't adjust caster on that car. It gets changed from an accident or worn bushings/ball joints Maybe someone smashed the car into a curb at some point. Or your bushings are worn out...and that's why it keeps changing from food to bad to worse.

Check your upper and lower control arm bushings for cracks and wear and the arm itself for bends.

Most people tighten bushing bolts up while the car is still jacked up because they don't know better. So...the bushings tear quickly.

Its gotta be bushings then because i never had this problem and its never been in an accident. Since its pulling to the right does that mean I should replace the right bushings or left? I'll probably replace both to be sure but just curious for the future

Whichever ones are busted. -2 caster is WAY out of spec. So probably look at that side.

resurrecting cus still not resolved. just replaced left side outer tie rod because after looking at my left side the bushing on the tie rod was definitely visibly worn. So replaced that thinking that was the culprit, had it re-aligned boom...still off on the left side and pulling to right.

Print out said caster was +3.4 on left and +.4 on right. From looking at my bushings especially on the control arm, they look just like the right side and theres no play in anything..so should I look to see if my control arm is bent?

BUmping. Which front LCA component would be more likely to cause a castor problem if it were bent? I was planning on buying a set of lca's with hardrace bushings but now i'm not sure if i need to buy the other bit as well?

i was planning on replacing what is pictured here as the gold lca but not sure if the oem bit that bolts to it would affect castor more or not

Definitely. The gold part is fixed across the castor range, and can be bent across the camber and toe ranges. The gold part is fixed across camber and toe, but can be bent across the castor range.

alright thanks. hopefully that fixes it
also if i wanted to install a sway bar in the front down the road would i need a different lca? i read someone put the integra front lca on theirs and then got a swaybar. dont want to have to buy the same part twice
