ej1 civic cluster problem
So I just bought an EX cluster from a H-T member and installed it. The Tach, Gas and Temp gauges work fine but as soon as I turn the car on the Speedometer jumps to 25 to 30 mph. Then its off from there on. The last speedometer worked fine, no problems so I know its not the VSS. Can I fix this or did H-T member "Fibercation" rip me off?
BTW I searched and didn't find anything helpful

Easiest way to fix this is to just switch the entire speedometer/odometer portion from your old tachless cluster over to the new one.
It's a direct swap, and allows you to keep your original mileage count.

Yes. I believe there is 4-5 black screws on the back of the cluster holding that meter in.
