Default EJ No start issue makes no sense.

Car in question is a 97 hatch d16y8 swap is over 2 years old. Car ran perfect parked the car went away for three weeks gf moved the car twice and the car sat for one week untouched. Went to start it and would not crank over dead battery.

I replaced the battery, the car then started and immediately died. No check engine light no noise just died. I then attempted to crank it over and over and nothing,Pulled the plugs tons of fuel present let it sit. So I figured dizzy went and just threw my spare on for a quick trouble shoot still nothing.

So far i have checked all the fuses and i mean everything, fuel pump primes, main relay clicks ect when starting, new battery, good distributor tested on friends car as well, checked mechanical timing and also spark.the alarm system is disabled.

The car when cranking just sounds like its free spinning no resistance not trying to start, also the tach does not even move when cranking forget if it should or not?
I will check compression but 4 weeks ago has 160-170 in each cyl
where to go next??

Check for bright white spark at all 4 spark plugs.

Check for CEL codes.

Car has spark no codes. Think its flooded with fuel. Outside two cyl have 130psi and inside are down to 30 the two inside cyl are wet with fuel. Other then pulling plugs what else can be done to remove the fuel.

Remove plugs. Let cylinders dry out. With fuel injector clips unplugged, redo compression tests before and after addition of teaspoon of engine oil to cylinder.
