EJ with LS...What springs/spring rate???

EJ with LS...What springs/spring rate???
Help guys, i got the 95 ex coupe and the H&R sports i already have wont cut the cake when i drop the newer LS motor in. I plan on doing the JRSC eventually as well...so what spring manufacturer/rate would you experts reccomend? THanks

its pretty obvious. use the integra spring rates. you pick the brand. i prefer skunk2 if you are on a budget.

So you are telling me my 95 civic ex coupe with an LS motor installed would work fine with 95 integra ls H&R race springs?

i know this was a newbie question...but the springs are interchangeable? I really don't wanna run into any problems down the line...i got AGX's on sports now, with a stock D16Z6....but soon i will get a ls/jrsc and all i need to do is instead of ordering H&R races for a 95 civic ex...order for a 199? INtegra? And what model would be strongest? GSR or type r? or just ls ...sorry for the newbie stuff due i appreciate the help tho.

i had a GS-R motor in a Civic coupe before and i was using skunk2 coil-over sleeves with the civic rate. my motor made my car so front heavy that i bent my stock tow hooks and my car wasn't even slammed. so i used integra rates and now its perfect.
