I know you asked about eibach/progress....but how about Ingalls? I only mention that because I currently have a front/rear kit on my car. It's +- 3degrees in front and +-2degrees rear if i'm not mistaken. The local alignment shop tells me they find it very easy to adjust. So far, I have no complaints abot em. Hope this helps.

I have the Progress kit... The front kit has 2 settings and the rear kit are two bolts with washers. As said in the instructions, you must get the pre-alignment specs first then istall the kit, then have the car aligned

I bought the ingalls (f/r) for $300 shipped. It was the cheapest i found. from http://www.ultraperformance.com. This is on a 98 civic....where the upper control arms are replaced (making it the most expensive)
