Long story short, i went and bought some HID's off my buddies four door like mine. He also had a flushmount spoiler (NOT MID WING/REAR WINDOW VISOR) in his trunk he gave to me, for free so i took it, duh. Only catch is it almost looks like someone cut it slap in half, no idea why, but whatever. Regardless, i was wondering if anyone knew what type of material it was made of? (SPECIFIC MATERIAL PLEASE) it's almost like a real real thick foam. Reason I ask is i'm in body shop class now, my instructor says he'll help me as long as I found out for sure what type of material it is. To see if we could use speed grip, or something that will bond to the foam kind of.

I wish i had a picture, i'll just try and find one online. It's the flushmount spoiler that goes on the trunk, with no brake light in it. I really really like the way it looks, but on ebay there going for $200ish hopefully I can get this one together, if not oh well. I've already sanded down to the foam anyways, ready to be put together and painted.

Looks almost like this, minus the brake light on the spoiler. and a little bit smaller, also most likely the closet to the last picture, probably not made of the same plastic or whatever that ones made of though either..

it's basically a real thick thick foam like material.. i figured someone here might would know what type of material it is. thanks guys!

Thick foam?? Uh, sounds like a repro, son. Should be ABS plastic or something. Post a photo so the hive can get a better idea.

I will get a actual picture of it tommorow, and post it up. I have no idea what it was, i figured someone would have a idea as to what it's made of. Thanks man!

pretty much determined it's ABS, which is great because speed grip will bond to it. thanks guys, will post pics when done if anyones interested. or not lol
