Default EG8 with JDM B16 *Question*

I recently did a JDM B16 swap in my 4 door. I have an STR Throttle body, Lightspeed Header and an STR Muffler with 2 1/4 inch piping....and some ghetto *** hot air intake. Now to the question, What kind of quarter mile times should i be running with this? The times i ran tonight are too shameful to mention O_o

14.8-15.5

A little more info would help like what trim 4-door, weight reduction, tires. Just post your timeslip instead of making us guess

16's.

Get a new clutch, do some lightening, and learn how to drive. Then low 15's are all you bro.

Yeah, Kinda Shame...I ran a 16.2 tonight with a 2.5 60 foot. This is full trim, 18's and some extra weight for sounds and everything...this is kind of a show car in a way. Only weight reduction i have is 2 racing seats and a CF hood. oh, and the tires are shitty Kumho Ecsta's 215/35/18

Problem # 1 is those big *** 18's.

I ran a 14.6 in my DX 4dr with a Stock internal B16 with I/H/E, I was running in a set of factory 14's with the pressure dropped to like 15-20 psi. You can do hella better than that

It's one of those simple things. 1.6l is still 1.6l, you may just have the optimal peek hp that the b16 can make.

How much stuff did you take out of the car man? for weight reduction. Cause i have some pretty heavy stuff in there, my harness bar weighs a good 25 lbs,but its too much of a pain to take out. But putting some steelies on there would really make it that much faster? I am getting some 14's with slicks on them, ill try that.

my car weighed 2425lbs with me in it, thats a DX with leather interior front and back.

I think with the 14's and slicks your times will improve a lil
