Icon5 EG8 Brake Issues

My car is having issues slowing down. Brake pedal goes almost all the way to the floor before slowing down at all. I've bled the brakes all around and determined it's the rear drums. It has little to no brake pressure back there at all. I've bled all around and done it the right way according to the various YT and forum instructions I've read. What's the common issue?

Check that the rear brakes are properly adjusted (self-adjusting system working). Generally if they are not, the hand brake will not work very well. If it's not that, probably a bad master cylinder. Another sign of bad master cylinder is that after you stop and hold the brakes on, the pedal will sink down.
