eg6 w/itr hondata?
so, when the 96 b18c was stock in my eg6, the best time i put down was a 14.6 in the 1/4 mile. even when i was having iac problems only could match the 14.6 and that was with my rmf and headwork (valvetrain/cams/camgears) recently installed. so, now, motor is running well, put a 10" sub and box in spare well and best i could expletive do tonite was a 15.0. shitty eh? am i just badly in need of a tune or what? got 16x7 te37 wrapped in fz4's, gutted interior except my box and s68's. as i was driving home all i could think about was new bottom end and a jrsc. will it ever end? i imagine a good tune would make a world of difference, or no? thanks in advance for your words of advice ht.

What was the rest of your time slip? 60ft, 330, etc? What headwork did you do? You do know more weight you add the slower your pervious time was right. Theres alot to drag racing other then the finished ET. Example did you know mph can tell a rough rough estimate at where power is. What was your mph?

well, my best was:
2.3 60'
330 6.5
1/8 9.8
1000 12.6
1/4 15.0
93mph
i find it hard to believe that just adding a little weight like my sub box can make that big a difference. i mean, ****, those memfab seats weigh nothing and the te37s are like 11lbs each. sooo much weight has been cut from this car already. i think when i ran the 14.6 (my best sucks i know), i had these heavy *** tenzo-r mach 10 rims. got a spoon valvetrain, cams and camgears, stock bottom end, the rmf header, fal fan, fluidyne rad, j's whale, skunk2 im with 70mm spoon tb. so, what, s200 next before anything else?

You could see that the weight really wasnt helping you at all because you were slowing down alot up to the 1000 ft. 93 should get you into 14s mid/low. Try getting that thing tuned and going again.
