Icon2 EG43 D15B2 (DPFI) - Coolant bleeding procedure?

Hi folks,
I have a 94' Civic with a DPFI D15B2 (European). The idle is surging (correct term?) 50-300 rpm above the desired idle when warm. I suspect the EACV needs cleaning, okay. How do I go about bleeding the coolant after cleaning the EACV? - What's the correct procedure for this ol' fella? :-)
